BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign and
the City Clerk to attest, to a crossing license agreement with the
Southern Pacific Transportation Company and the City of Beaumont
concerning the College Street CIP Project 11 -ST -02, and the appro-
priate City Official is authorized to pay to the Southern Pacific
Transportation"Company the amount of $38,210 for the installation
of two new timber crossings, removal of three existing crossings,
shifting and relocation,of existing trackage, and relocation of
existing automatic gates at said location.
