BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign, and
the City Clerk to attest, to a crossing license agreement with
Southern Pacific Transportation Company and the City of Beaumont
concerning the Florida Street CIP Project 11 -,ST -08, and. authorizing
the appropriate City Official of the City of Beaumont to pay to
Southern Pacific Transportation Company the amount of $29,710.00
for the relocation of the crossing signals and construction of a
new timber crossing at said location.
