R 'E' 'S' '0 'L' 'U 'T' 'I' '0' N.
WHEREAS, bids were received on October 15, 1974, for the fur-
nishing of electromechanized filing equipment for the mechanized card
file and mechanized records files for the Municipal Court Offices, the
same being Capital Improvements Program Project No. 1-1-B-01; and,
WHEREAS, Lamb Printing and Stationery submitted a. b.id in the
amount -of Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty -One and No/100 ($5,121.00)
Dollars for the mechanized filing equipment for the Municipal Court
Offices, and Data Graphics submitted a bid in the amount of Sixteen
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($16,350.00) Dollars for the
mechanized records files for the Municipal Court Offices; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids sub-
mitted by Lamb Printing and Stationery and from Data Graphics -are the
lowest and best bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids of Lamb Printing and Stationery in the amount of $5,121.00,
and'Data Graphics in the amount of $16,350.00, be accepted by'the City
of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to
make payment for said mechanized filing equipment and mechanized records
files out of our Capital Improvements Program Bond Fund upon acceptable
delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
