BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign and the
City Clerk to attest, to a crossing license agreement with the Santa
Fe Railway Company and the City of Beaumont concerning the East Lucas
CIP Project No. 11 -ST -04, and authorizing the appropriate City Official
of the City of Beaumont to reimburse Santa Fe Railway Company for the
cost of their work.
