R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Public Building Rental,Policy of the City of Beaumont is
hereby modified to provide fora $35.00 per hour charge for rental
of the Harvest Club for the first six (6) hours with a $25..00 charge
for each additional hour for any one function running consecutive
days; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the necessary security deposit on
all structures shall be reduced to one-fourth (4) of the rental charge;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that J. M. Tatum and J. E. Wells are
hereby authorized to execute in behalf of the City of Beaumont all pub-
lic rental leases.
