R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an extension
of a lease with Mobil Oil Company for a portion of Carroll Street Park
for a term of three (3) years at One Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($150.00)
Dollars per month with a ninety (90) day cancellation clause after the
end of the first year of said lease; and the City Clerk is hereby autho-
rized 'to attest to same, and to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
