BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 2 to the contract between the City of Beaumont and
H. B. Neild & Sons, Inc. for construction of the Water Utilities Ser-
vice Center, CIP Project No. 11-WU-01, adding Seven Hundred Fifty -
Eight and No/100 ($758.00) Dollars to the contract amount.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
