R E S O L U T I.0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Bayshore Constructors, Inc.
executed a certain contract for the construction of Florida Avenue
Trunk, CIP Project No. 11 -SU -01, at a total contract price of
$9201510.00, based on estimated quantities; and,
WHEREAS, $91,384.60 remains unpaid on said contract based on
actual work performed; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and has recom-
mended its acceptance and final payment in the amount of $91,384.60 to
be made to the contractor based on actual work performed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said contract in all particulars and does further authorize the final
payment of $91,384.60 to the said contractor.
