RE S 0Z`U T I O N
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
one (1) ten -ton condensing unit for the.YMBL Building; and,
WHEREAS, Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning submitted a bid in the
amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty and No/100 ($1,480.00) Dol-
lars for the one ten -ton condensing unit for the YMBL Building; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning in the amount of $1,480.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said one ten -ton condensing
unit upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
