R E''S' O L U T I' O N
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for tl',�e furnishing of
two (2) five -ton condensing units for the Street and Bridge Depart-
ment; and,
WHEREAS, Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning submitted a. bid in the
amount of One Thousand Twenty and No/100 ($1,020.00) Dollars for the
two five -ton condensing units for the Street and Bridge Department;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning in the amount of $1,020.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said two five -ton condensing
units upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
