R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont on June 13,
1967, accepted 'the conditions of Texas Highway Commission Minute Order
No. 59384, which.reauired the City of Beaumont to furnish all necessary
right-of-way for the extension of Farm Road 364 free and clear of all
encumbrances in obstructions; and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Highway Department presently intends to com-
mence this extension of Farm Road 364; and,
WHEREAS, in order for the City of Beaumont to comply with its
earlier resolution, it will be necessary to reimburse Cities Service
Pipeline Company for the adjustment to two existing pipelines in the
proposed roadway construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to reimburse.
Cities Service Pipeline Company for the cost of adjusting two pipelines
located in the right-of-way needed for the extension for Farm Road 364
northward from the LNVA Canal across Highway 105 to Tram Road.
