BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
easement across a certain tract of land in the J. W. Bullock Survey to
Gulf States Utilities Company for underground electrical service to the
recreation building at Sprott Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
