R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be designated to pay to Allied
Supplier & Erection, Inc. the amount of Five Thousand Seven Hundred
Eighty -Nine and 88/100 ($5,789.88)', which is the final payment for
the improvements for the fencing of two tennis courts at Sprott Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
