R E S O L U T I 0N
WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Place Addition, Unit 6, have
completed the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and street improvements
serving said addition according to the approved plans and specifications
for the Manion Place Addition, Unit 6; and the developers of said addi-
tion are desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained
by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the streets involved in this subdivision are as follows:
Meadow Way from the East lot line of Lot 4,
Block 12, Manion Place Addition to Jamestown
Lane;
Jamestown Lane from the North lot line of
Lot 7, Block 13, Manion Place Addition South
to Meadow Way; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and street improvements
serving Manion Place Addition, Unit 6, as above described, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continu-
ously maintained by the said City.
