BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for the mechanized filing system for the Municipal Court
offices which will be purchased under the Capital Improvements Program
Project No. 11-B-01, C-1 Account.
