WHEREAS, that Capital Improvements Project No. 11,ST-11, the
same being a street thoroughfare improvement project on West Lucas,
Folsom and Crow Road, has been completed; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the premises and
found same to be complete and satisfactory; and,
WHEREAS, Joe C. Norman Enterprises is the contractor on the
above-mentioned project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is authorized to pay to Joe C.
Norman Enterprises the final payment of One Hundred and One Thousand
Seven Hundred Twenty -Seven and 23/100 ($101,727.23) Dollars for the
satisfactory completion of CIP Project No. 11 -ST -11.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
