BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a permit
agreement with the Port of Beaumont authorizing the Port of Beaumont
to install a temporary railroad spur tract on Blanchette Street be-
tween Main and Pearl Streets for a period of six (6) months.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
