R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Finance Officer of the City of Beaumont is hereby authorized
to establish a bank account at the American National Bank, Beaumont,
Texas, said account to receive the revenues of the Beaumont Transit
System. Authorized signatories on checks from this account will be as
follows: Charles T. Hornbuckle, Lorraine M. Koch, Geraldine S. Fitz-
gerald, Donald M. Chapman, or M. C. Haynes.
