R E S 0 L U T I '0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of an ice
maker and storage bin for the Water Utilities Service Center; and,
WHEREAS, Warren Refrigerator Co., Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -One and 50/100
($3,531.50) for the ice maker and storage bin for the Water Utili-
ties Service'Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Warren Refrigerator Co., Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Warren Refrigerator Co., Inc. in the amount of
$3,531.50 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate
City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said ice
maker and storage bin upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
