BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to retain
the firm of Wilbur Smith & Associates to prepare a technical re-.
port regarding Lamar Freeway for presentation to the State High-
way Commission and to make payment to.Wilbur Smith & Associates
for such report in an amount not to exceed $1,500.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this the 17 day of
