WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Oaks Addition, Unit IV,
which includes .Longwood Lane from West lot line of Lot 14, Block 4 to
the cul-de-sac, and of Manion Place Addition, Unit V, which,includes
a cul-de-sac on the south end of Georgetown Lane, have completed the
water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements serving
said addition; and the developers of said addition are desirous of
having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvments
qualify for acceptance. for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
serving Manion Oaks Addition, Unit IV and Manion Place Addition, Unit
V, as described above, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the
City and Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said
City.
