WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation
Administration has, on the 28th ,day of August, 1974, offerred a
planning grant to the City of Beaumont to perform.Master Planning
for Beaumont Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the
best interest of the City of Beaumont to accept said grant offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R._Devero, be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute the acceptance of the planning grant offer
to the.City of Beaumont by the Federal Aviation. Administration;
and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said
grant offer.
