R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Cajun Concrete Company exe-
cuted a certain contract on June 26, 1974, for the construction of
two tennis courts at Sprott Park at a total contract price of Four-
teen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty -Six and No/100 ($14,456.00). Dollars;
and,
WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineer has inspected the
work and recommends its acceptance in final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said contract in all particulars and further authorizes' final payment
of $14,456.00 to the contractor in accordance with said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
