BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
permit for Beaumont Independent School District to cross under Ander-
son Street by installing, maintaining, operating, replacing or remov-
ing hot and chill water lines for air conditioning, according to con-
ditions as set forth in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
