Is
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of lighting
fixtures and related hardware for the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Nunn Electric Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Hundred and Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety -Eight and
32/100 ($119,998.32) Dollars for the lighting fixtures and related
hardware for the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Nunn Electric.Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THATthe bid of Nunn Electric Company in the amount of $1195,998.32 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said lighting fixtures and
related hardware upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
