R E S 0'L U T I'O'N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT-
THAT the City o.f Beaumont be authorized to enter into a service agree-
ment with Layne -Texas, Division of Singer Company, for emergency re-
pairs.to Loeb Water Well No. 1; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Official be
authorized to pay to Layne -Texas, Division of Singer Company the esti-
mated sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and 95/100 ($3,650.95)
Dollars.for emergency repairs to Loeb Water Well No. 1.
