WHEREAS, the developers of Sheraton Woods Addition, Unit V
Addition, which include Stacewood Drive - from South lot line of Lot
10, Block 12 to Gladys Avenue;'Norwood Drive - from South lot line
of Lot 11, Block 6 to Gladys Avenue; and Greenwood Drive - from Stace-
wood Drive to Norwood Drive, have completed the water, sanitary sewer,
storm sewer and street improvements serving said addition; and the
developers of said addition are desirous of having these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion tit said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
serving Sheraton Woods Addition, Unit V Addition, as above described,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
