R E S 0 L U T 'I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be, and he is hereby, authorized
to pay to International Harvester the sum of approximately One Thou-
sand Seventy -Five and No/100 ($1,075.00) Dollars for an emergency
repair item, a new rear end with power divider, to be used on City
Truck No. 662, a 1972 International 14 cubic yard sand truck from
the Fleet Maintenance Department, as the best and lowest bidder of
informal bids.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
