WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing four (4) 3" cen-
trifugal pumps for the Water Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, R. Bruce Carter Agency submitted a bid in the amount
of Two Thousand One Hundred Four and No/100 ($2,104.00) Dollars for
the four 3" centrifugal pumps for the Water Reclamation Division;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by R. Bruce Carter Agency is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of R. Bruce Carter Agency in the amount of $2,104.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for.said _four 3" centrifugal
pumps upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
