BE IT RESOLVED BY�THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
THAT THE property described in Exhibit "A". attached hereto
and made a part hereof for all purposes be conveyed to the State
of Texas and that the City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized
to execute and deliver a warranty deed conveying the same; and,.
THAT a copy of this Resolution be spread upon'the Minutes
of the City Council.

Interstate Highway 10
0.0505 acre of land, more or less, and being all of the remainder of
Lot No. 10, Block No. 4, North Addition to the City of Beaumont,
Texas, in the James Drake Survey, Abstract No. 18, Jefferson County,
Texas, according to a map or plat of said Addition of record in
Volume 1, Page 39, Map Records, Jefferson County, Texas, said Lot 10,
Block No. 4,:was conveyed to the City of Beaumont by deed dated
September 22, 1948 and recorded in Volume 713, Page.326, Deed
Records, Jefferson County, Texas, said 0.0505 acre tract being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows;
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 9, Block No. 4 of the
said North Addition, Thence South 1°-04' West along the East line
of said Lot No. 9, Block No. 4, a distance of 50.0 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot No. 10, Block No. 4 and the POINT OF BEGINNING
of the tract herein conveyed;
THENCE North 880-56' West along the North line of said Lot No. 10
which is common to the South line of Lot No. 9, a distance of 109.8901
feet to a point for corner on the existing North right of way line
of Interstate Highway 10;
THENCE South.68°-55''-54.48" East along the existing north right of way
of Interstate Highway 10, a distance of 116.943.7 feet to a point for
