GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND SEAL OF OFFICE, thus the Q day of•gp��� A.D. 1974. ,I I Notary u lic In n or Jefferson County, Texas',.' i Exhibit "A" Parcel No. 16 Interstate Highway 10 0.3044 acre tract of land, more or less, out of and a part of the William Hodges Survey, Abstract No. 131, Jefferson County, Texas, and being out of and a part of that certain 23.535 acre tract conveyed to the City of Beaumont, Texas, by deed dated March 17, 1930, of record in Volume 341, Page 621, Deed Records, Jefferson County, Texas, said 0.3044 acre tract being more particularly described as follows; Commencing at an established point for the Northeast corner of the James McFaddin Survey, Abstract No. 165, said point being in the west bank of Brake"s Bayou, thence as follows: South 22°44''-45.51" East along the west bank of Brake's Bayou, a distance of 17.0104 feet to a point in the pro- posed north right of way line of Interstate Highway 10; South 84°-25'-07.62" East with the said proposed north right of way line, a distance of 197.2224 feet to a point for corner in the east bank of Brake's Bayou, said corner being the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE South 84°-25'-07.62" East with the said proposed north right of way line, a distance of 474.3793 feet to a point for corner in the existing north right of way line of Interstate Highway 10; THENCE South 880-341-52.13" West with the said existing north right of way line, a distance of 458.7321 feet to a point for corner in the said east bank of Brake's Bayou; THENCE North 130-15'-02.08" West with the said east bank of Brake's Bayou, a distance of 59.0678 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
