BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a wire
crossing contract with The Kansas City Southern Railway Company allow-
ing the City of Beaumont to construct, maintain and operate a crossing
consisting of an underground loop detector lead in wire as part of a
traffic control device at the intersection of Madison and Railroad
Avenue, Beaumont, Texas, crossing.under Railway Company's right of
way at Mile Post 767 + 3,815 feet; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said contract and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont
!hereto.
