BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of Pro-
ject No. 11 -ST -07 of the Capital Improvements Program, being also
called the University Drive Project, having been examined by the City
Council, which believes the same to be in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizenry are, in all respects, finally ap-
proved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Officials
are hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of
Project 11 -ST -07, the cost of said construction to be paid from the
Capital Improvements Program Bond Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
