R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Vinson, Elkins, Searls, Connally & Smith, Attorneys at Law,
are hereby retained as counsel for the forthcoming Citizens' Activi-
ties Program Bond Issue in accordance with the letter agreement
attached hereto;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a letter agreement with said firm and the City
Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to attest to,same and to affix
the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
