BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Mr. Joe Nall be retained by the City of Beaumont to study the
request of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for a rate increase
and make appropriate reports and recommendations to the City Council
of the City of Beaumont.
