BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to make pay-
ment to Mr. Matt Racki the amount of Seven Thousand Four Hundred
Thirty -Four and No/100 ($7,434.00) Dollars for engineering services
involving a topographic survey which was prepared for the new Ath-
letic Complex Site for the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
