BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and the City
Clerk to attest to an easement granting to Gulf States Utilities
Company the right to operate and maintain an electric distribution
system serving the City of Beaumont Water Utilities Service Center
as described in said easement.
