BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute two
(2) permits for the Texoma Pipe Line Company to lay, maintain, operate,
replace, or remove a pipe line -.for the transportation of oil, gas,
water, or their products, on or across the following streets, alleys
and easements situated in the city'of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
to wit:
and,
(1) The Weiss Canal, located in the
Sarah Gray Survey, A-152; Cross-
ing at Canal Station 397 + 40 +,
more particularly shown on Draw-
ing No. TO -PA -1-6-2A, Jasper
County, Texas.
(2) The Weiss Canal, located in the
J. G. Wescott Survey, A-209;
Crossing at.Canal Station 236 +
15 +, more particularly shown on
Drawing No. -TO -PA -1-6-29B. Orange
County, Texas.
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned pipe lines are to be in accordance
with conditions as set forth in said permits.
