R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, only one bid was received for the furnishing of lime
feed equipment for the Water Utilities Production Division; and,
WHEREAS, Wallace & Tiernan/Pennwalt Corporation submitted a
bid in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty and No/100
($2,560.00) Dollars for the lime feed equipment for the Water Util-
ities Production Division; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Wallace & Tiernan/Pennwalt Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Wallace & Tiernan/Pennwalt Corporation in the amount
of $2,560.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate
City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said lime feed
equipment upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
