BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authoriz d to e . xo&ute an
agreement on behalf of the City of Beaumont with the develop r of
Dowlen West Addition for City participation in the paving of Shake-
speare Drive from Weaver Drive to Brandywine Drive in Dowlen West
Addition Units 9, 10 & 11, and at a total cost to the City of Forty -
Four Thousand Eight Hundred One and 78/100 ($44,801.78) Dollars for
street work; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Beaumont is authorized
to participate in the installation of a twelve (12") inch water line
along Shakespeare Drive in Dowlen West Addition instead of a six (6")
inch water main, with the cost being approximately Nine Thousand Eight
Hundred Ten and 81/100 ($9,810,81) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
