R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Blue Lakes Estates Addition, Lots
13 2, 3, and 4. Block 2, which is the participation paving project
of Clay Circle from Scenic Drive East 180 feet, have completed the
paving project serving said addition; and the developers of said
addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted and main-
tained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main -
rained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT'the participation paving project of Clay Circle from Scenic Drive
East 180 feet be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City of Beau-
mont, and shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
