R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received on May 21, 1974, for the furnish-
ing of a tape logging recorder for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Dictaphone Corporation submitted.a bid in the amount
of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty -Three and 63/100 ($14,563.63)
Dollars for the tape logging recorder for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Dictaphone Corporation is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Dictaphone Corporation in the amount of $14,563.63 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said tape logging recorder
upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
