R E S 0 L U T I '0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Kenneth Devero, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute and file on behalf of the City of Beaumont all documents
necessary to obtain a reimbursement grant on sew*Wage treatment works
from the Environmental Protection Agency as provided under Public Law
No. 92-500.
