BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:.
THAT CIP Project No. 12-WU-04, the same being the installation of
water mains on Major Drive, Folsom Drive, Dowlen Road & Gladys
Street are hereby accepted and the appropriate City Official is
hereby authorized to pay to Stevens Contracting Company the final
payment in the amount of Eighty -Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty -
Five and 45/100 ($87,145.45) Dollars.
