BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the act of the City Manager in executing a contract with Charles
Kuralt designating him as the dedicatory speaker at the official
library opening is hereby ratified and the appropriate City Official
is authorized to make payments as provided in said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
