BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT pursuant to Section 42-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Beaumont, Mrs. David W. Granitz is hereby appointed to the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission to complete the unexpired term of Mrs. Vi
McGinnis, who has resigned, and,for a term of three (3) years begin-
ning August 1, 1974.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
