A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of May, 1.973, the City of Beaumont,
Texas, did file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, one
certain lien in the amount of $7. 08, including all costs of recording, cover-
ing Tract TWENTY (20)., Plat B-10, J. Wo BULLOCK SURVEY to the City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said lien is recorded in the
M & L Records of said County in Volume 1481 at Page 446; and
WHEREAS, PALM BRANCH COURT is the owner of said prop-
erty and desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the monies represented by
said lien and have same released to it;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the said PALM BRANCH COURT a release of the
above described lien, for and in consideration of the sum aforementioned,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont
the r eto.
