BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMO.NT:
THAT the City Manager be', and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
permit allowing Beaumont Well Works to install, maintain, operate,
replace, or remove a 1," air line and a l" water line crossing Archie
Street approximately 118' northwest from the centerline intersection
of Archie Street and Milam Street, in the City of Beaumont, according
to the conditions as set forth in said permit.
