RE'S'0 L'UT'I'0N
WHEREAS, the developers of Western Hills Subdivision, Unit 4
have completed the street, storm sewer, water line and sanitary sewer
improvements serving said addition according to the approved plans and
specifications for the Western Hills Subdivision, Unit 4; and the deve-
lopers of said addition are desirous of having these improvements accep-
ted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the streets included in this subdivision are as follows:
Forrest Glade from the north lot line of
Lot 22, Blockl to Ridge Oak Street.
Ridge Oak from Western Trail Street to
Forrest Glade Street.
Western Trail from the north lot line of
Lot 23, Block 4 to Ridge Oak Street.
Iridian Trail from the north lot line of
Lot 14, Block 3 to the south lot line of
Lot 30, Block 1; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the street, storm sewer, water line and sanitary sewer improvements
serving Western Hills Subdivision, Unit 4, as above described, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be con-
tinuously maintained by the said City.
