BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Beaumont is hereby authorized to execute
a pipeline license agreement with the Missouri -Pacific Railroad Company
allowing the City of Beaumont to construct one underground sewer line
beneath Missouri -Pacific's right-of-way at the location described in
said pipeline license agreement. The appropriate City Official is here-
by authorized to make a One Hundred and No/100 ($100.00) Dollar payment
in consideration for said pipeline license agreement and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to attest to said agreement and to affix the.Seal
of the City thereto..
